This Policy describes how Lemvazi Inversiones Colaborativas S.A.U. (‘Lemvazi’, ‘we’) processes personal data of users of lemvazi.com and the associated platform, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its amendments, AAIP Resolution 40/2018 and Law 27,706 on Data Protection Modernization in force in 2026.

Lemvazi Inversiones Colaborativas S.A.U., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71824503-6, with legal domicile at Bv. Oroño 158, Floor 7, Office 704, Puerto Norte, Rosario, Santa Fe Province. Data Protection Officer (DPO): privacidad@lemvazi.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (i) identification and contact data (first name, last name, email, phone, CUIT/DNI when operating as an investor); (ii) browsing data (anonymized IP, device type, traffic source, cookies with prior consent); (iii) financial context data self-declared in the contact form or during onboarding.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to (a) respond to business enquiries, (b) execute the contractual relationship with investors, (c) comply with legal obligations before CNV, UIF and AFIP, (d) analyze aggregate site usage and (e) send institutional communications on the basis of your consent, revocable at any time.
4. Retention
Data is retained for as long as the relationship with Lemvazi exists and afterwards for the minimum periods required by tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules (up to 10 years). Data from simple visitors is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
5. Recipients and transfers
We may share data with technology providers (hosting in Argentina and the European Union), audit firms, notaries, placement banks and competent authorities upon formal request. International transfers only occur to countries with an adequate level of protection or under model clauses approved by the AAIP.
6. Your rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to privacidad@lemvazi.com attaching a copy of your ID. You can also file complaints with the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), the enforcement authority of Law 25,326.
7. Minors
Lemvazi does not target its services to persons under 18 and does not intentionally collect minors' data. If you detect such a case, please email us at privacidad@lemvazi.com so we can delete it from our systems.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Material changes will be notified through a prominent notice on the site with at least 15 days' advance.
